Mobility & Stretch: Mondays 3-4pm @ The Gym 

Flexibility and mobility are often mistaken as an interchangeable term. In our 60-min mobility classes, we educate our clients a lot more on this topic alone.

We incorporate principles from the Functional Range Systems as the foundation for our mobility training, combining it with flexibility training to increase our passive ranges of motion. Not only do we teach you about how your body is designed, but also how to maximise your stretches, as well as implement active components to your flexibility & mobility training. 

Happy Valley Blast: Wednesdays 7-8am & Saturdays 8-9am @ Happy Valley 

Join us outdoors for a morning workout in Happy Valley! Our spin on a bootcamp-style class, incorporating dynamic mobility & full-body interval training, blending bodyweight strength, running-based exercises & plenty of stability work.
