How does Personal training work?

Personal Training is the perfect option for those looking for a completely tailored training experience. Your coach will work closely with you to develop a program that is fully focused on progressing towards your specific goals and needs.

Training days and times will be organised between you and your coach directly.

We offer both 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training. Contact us to speak with one of our coaches. 

When are our opening hours?

We don’t have strict hours set, you are welcome to plan any time to come in with your coach.

Can I come workout with a day pass?

Sorry, since we are a gym dedicated to personal training, we don’t offer open gym sessions.

do you have group classes?

Yes! Our two classes are Mobility & Stretch, and Happy Valley Blast. Click here for the class schedule, pricing and booking!

In addition, our trainers do offer the option to train a group of up to 4 clients per session.
